TOM LEMIEUX MAKES TOP LIST IN WALL STREET JOURNALMENLO PARK, Calif. – June 15, 2009 – Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage, the Bay Area’s leading real estate services company, announced today that five agents from its Menlo Park and Woodside office ranked among the top Realtors in the U.S. for home sales last year in a new survey by The Wall Street Journal, lore magazine and REAL Trends. The agents – Tom LeMieux, Hugh Cornish, Keri Nicholas and Hanna Shacham in the company’s Menlo Park office and Erika Demma in the Woodside office – were named in the fourth annual “Real Estate Top 400,” a national sales ranking sponsored by the three industry and business publications. Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage had the strongest showing of the local real estate companies, with 14 agents in Northern California making the prestigious list – more than three times than any other Bay Area firm. The annual report ranks top practitioners in the United States by sales volume and number of transactions, both for individual agents and teams of agents. LeMieux Associates ranked 29th in team sales last year with $125.1 million in sales volume. Cornish ranked 40th in individual sales at $92.4 million; followed by Demma, who ranked 65th at $71.2 million; Nicholas, who ranked 73rd at $67.2 million; and Shacham, who ranked 80th at $63.4 million. |
